This is 4 week program designed for beginners in hula hoop, so if you are able to hoop on your foot, chest, neck, with multiple hoops or anything at this level and above then this program may be a bit too easy for you.

This program delivers comprehensive hooping lessons followed by hoop toning, hoop conditioning and hoop cardio routines. Through the course of this program you will learn two hoop warm ups, a range of hoop movements and tricks, including variations on waist and arm hooping and combinations of these, and four hoop cardio routines.

Hula hoop fitness is a powerful and fun workout for both the body and the mind. You will remain stimulated, focused and excited throughout your workout whilst learning how to skilfully manipulate and manoeuvre a hoop around your entire body.
